Understanding how we humans behave in logical, predictable ways to address our needs (often missing each other in times of distress) is a gateway to learning how to respond to each other, and ourselves, in better ways. We have the opportunity for a new experience when we learn about the underlying unmet needs and then provide a positive, healing response. This can be accomplished with an individual, couple, or entire family. I also help therapists in their work with "self", understanding their process in the context of their work (aka, Self of Therapist).
