My clients come to therapy to heal from trauma, learn coping skills for anxiety and depression, learn emotional regulation skills, reduce traumatic memories, and get to know their healthier adult self. We'll work together to come up with goals for therapy. My approach to therapy is well-rounded, combining evidence based techniques with a solution-focused mindset. My emphasis on collaboration and support fosters a strong therapeutic alliance. My approach empowers clients to achieve meaningful and sustainable change. I work with adults (18+) who wish to make positive lasting changes in their lives.
