With over 25 years of counseling experience, I understand that life can be challenging and overwhelming. I offer a safe, welcoming space for you to be just who you are and to release some of life’s tensions. I am here to listen and walk with you. Together, we will work to strengthen self-understanding, foster curiosity and work with your strengths to find a more comfortable balance. I am a therapist offering client-centered, evidenced based treatments pulling from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and polyvagal therapy.
