I am a dedicated mental health professional who has been in the mental health field for over 25 years. I have provided direct client care and spent the last several years prior to private practice in a management position coaching and mentoring staff so they can provide the best clinical care to clients while taking care of themselves in the process. I believe therapy can help individuals who are going through a time in their lives where they are experiencing a loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities, anxiety or worry that keeps them up at night or prevents them from doing the things they used to do.
