As a licensed counselor for over 20 years, I view counseling in a holistic way, taking into account all aspects of a person. My therapeutic approach is client centered and collaborative. I also utilize CBT techniques with my clients.My view of therapy is that it provides an opportunity for people to gain insight into their lives, and assists them in making positive change.
