I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Registered Art Therapist. I hold a certification in EMDR and am trained in multiple approaches that reach beyond traditional talk therapy. I have been helping people of all ages navigate life challenges for over 30 years. Together, we can tailor your therapy to meet your individual needs so you can move beyond whatever is holding you back and begin to experience the relief and change you are seeking. My style is collaborative, compassionate and inclusive, while providing a space and pace where you can pause, reflect and grow. I offer a creative and experiential approach that is client-centered and trauma informed. I interweave creativity, yoga and play therapy into my practice. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss and can help people with chronic pain and illnesses.
