Selecting a therapist to trust can be daunting. As in any relationship, there must be a good match on many levels. New clients often ask me, "What is your technique?" In my twenty-five plus years of experience, I have learned not to apply a blueprint of "one-size fits all," but to focus upon the particular problems, and stressors that have brought you to seek help. My clients have expressed appreciation for my pro-active style; I am compassionate but not passive during sessions. My training in both hypnosis and mindfulness has given me unique tools to help my clients when appropriate.
