Most of my clients are struggling with the daily issues of everyday life and relationships. They want to feel better but don't know how to break through habitual patterns of thinking and doing. Eventually frustration, unhappiness, and feelings of anxiety and depression set in. I know how hard depression is and how it strips away the simple pleasures of life, and how anxiety hijacks the ability to enjoy daily living. It doesn't have to stay this way.
