My hope is that every client that comes to me feels that they are being heard. I provide a safe, supportive space so that you can talk about any issue, concern, or emotion that you may be dealing with. In this space there is no judgement. I will sometimes challenge your way of thinking and hopefully get you to see that you can change your outlook. I believe that everybody has the ability to make healthy choices in thoughts and behaviors. Together we will come up with the best plan to help get you on the path to feeling better!
