Armed as a licensed clinical social worker, it is my honor to offer safety, support, and understanding as you bravely step into the exploration of a richer, more fulfilling life. I practice primarily Internal Family Systems to address life challenges with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. My ideal clients are adults who carry shame, depression, anxiety, and alike due to their trauma history and are looking for a richer more fulfilling life.
