I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. It is an honor to walk with adults of all ages and seasons of life as they navigate the challenges and changes that come in relationships, families, professions and interpersonal difficulties. Training in mind/body connection, attachment styles, human development and family dynamics is the foudnation for how I provide therapy. Learning about how your body and emotions are reacting and interacting with your thoughts either as an individual or in relational settings unlocks understanding and healing of decades long issues or current difficulties.
