I utilize approaches of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Psychodynamic, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Resource & Linkage, MI, and Strength-Based approaches to help you with your present life challenges. Currently I am providing Telehealth services only. I accept most insurance plans. I look forward to meeting you and beginning your journey toward improved health and mental health!
