Hello. I'm Karen Kessler, a seasoned and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of comprehensive clinical experience. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals navigate various life challenges. My background includes working in diverse inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, which has provided me with a solid foundation for addressing multiple mental health issues. I particularly enjoy working with older adults and seniors who are struggling to cope with issues such as anxiety and depression, aging, grief and loss, health concerns, life/retirement transitions, loneliness, low self-esteem, stress management, relationship challenges, and caregiver stress.
