Anxiety and trauma can make life feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to stay stuck in those patterns. I specialize in helping clients understand their brain and use calming tools to shift anxious thoughts and settle the body. With a focus on anxiety treatment and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space for real change. I see clients both in person in Bloomington, IN, online across Indiana and United Kingdom. I graduated in 1998 from Indiana University with a Masters in Counseling. I specialize in anxiety and trauma. I am trained in EMDR and ART(Accelerated Resolution Therapy)
