We live in a time where we are being pushed beyond our limits, especially now with covid-19. Everyone is experiencing pressure as it relates to their finances, their families,employment and school. Due to the impact of these stressful situations, many people need guidance to find solutions to make their lives less overwhelming. I attempt to provide a warm,supportive environment for my clients.I am successful in forming positive relationships with adolescents, adults and families. In therapy sessions, I tend to use a goal oriented approach so my clients can leave feeling confident that they can handle all that life brings their way.
