Life happens...and not always as we hope or plan. Stress can stem from life transitions, grief/loss, interpersonal relationships to past trauma. We may struggle with depression or anxiety, or perhaps it's just a general sense of "unease" that is difficult to explain...things look fine on the outside, but just don't feel right on the inside. I work in partnership with my clients to help them find more ease with the process of being human. In an atmosphere that values curiosity over judgment, we will build upon current strengths while developing new pathways for healing and growth.
