Do you struggle with feelings of shame and low self-esteem, experience emotions that are difficult to manage? Do you find yourself engaging in negative coping patterns to deaden the pain you feel? Are you feeling pressed on every side or shaken due to life's circumstances? I provide a warm and caring environment to help you work through complex issues and facilitate inner healing and wholeness from a faith based perspective that is nonjudgmental and strength based. Together we'll examine root issues in the core of your identity that produce painful emotions, lead to maladaptive behaviors, broken relationships, and impede progress. I enjoy working alongside individuals, helping them work through challenging life issues, emotions attached and negative beliefs at the root, which affect their ability to cope effectively in the present. I offer several modes of therapy including EMDR which is evidenced based treatment that facilitates healing from trauma or distressing life experiences.
