I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 15+ years of experience delivering trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and behavioral health program leadership across private practice, healthcare, and virtual platforms. My work has impacted over 50,000 clients, helping individuals, families, and organizations strengthen mental wellness through individual and group therapy, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), telehealth counseling, and employee assistance program (EAP) services.
