My name is Karen L Kennedy and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Master's Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), specializing in trauma therapy. I am committed to guiding individuals through their journey of healing and growth. One size does not always fit all, so I utilize an integrative style. Life sometimes comes with "hats" we did not choose but we certainly have a choice in how we feel, think, and respond! As an EMDR clinician, with Trauma-Informed Care approach, together we will personally tailor a good fit with stitching with unconditional positive regard.
