I work with individuals, couples & families in both private and Telehealth (Video/Internet Counseling)/ I help individuals process through their anxieties, depression, trauma, complex trauma, sexual abuse, eating and learning disorders along with self harming behaviors, anger management, OCD, and ADD/ADHD. I specialize in creating healthy, functional relationships and lives though a variety of therapies. I am trained in EMDR, ETT, CBT, DBT, Person Centered and SFBT and IFS to process life events with children, adolescents, teens and adults I focus on treating the whole person, strengthening the family system, meeting individual needs and discovering hope for the future. If it is difficult to leave your home due to health, weather or other reason; I am certified in Telehealth/Internet sessions. The office is open for in person sessions too.
