I am a licensed psychologist based in Minnesota. I received my Master's degree from Fort Hays State University and have been practicing for over 30 years. I help adults struggling with life transitions, trauma, health issues, anxiety, and depression to learn coping strategies, be more aware of things that impact their mood both positively and negatively, and to identify ways to create a sense of meaning and purpose. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions then delve into the things that are feeling most challenging for you right now. We will talk some about your history so that I can more fully understand you and will create a specific plan that addresses your goals and what you would like to accomplish in therapy.
