I’m Karen Lenahan, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience, specializing in helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, depression, multicultural issues, and crises. My fascination with the complexities of the human mind and the emotions that shape our experiences led me to a career in therapy.
