We all deserve to feel good about our selves. We all deserve to be listened to. Therapy is a catalyst for change. Patterns are identified; negative thinking patterns and core negative thoughts, that hold you back, are exposed and challenged. The environment is safe and nonjudgemental. It is a collaborative experience. There are new ways of looking at things, and with it a stronger sense of self and personal power. My focus is on how you see yourself in the world, by identifying negative beliefs, affecting interactions with others. Negative beliefs limit us and hold us back. I am trained to treat childhood and relational trauma, with a gentle approach, as well as facilitating healing for collective trauma.
