Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and we aren’t sure what to do to move forward. Have you found yourself stuck and feeling hopeless? I believe we are all capable of change and I would like to be part of the journey towards healing. My style of therapy involves Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Schema Therapy. I am also trained in trauma specific treatment modalities, EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
