I have 25 years of experience working with adolescents, families, couples, and young adults and older adults. I have worked with people with severe depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, eating disorders, and symptoms such as sleep and eating problems, self injury, social anxiety, and poor self esteem with cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral treatment. I also work with families and couples on resolving conflict and improving communication skills. I have a family centered approach and provide both individual and family therapy.
