I have over eighteen years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and young adults. I have a strong background in treating severe depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, eating disorders, and symptoms such as sleep and eating problems, self injury, social anxiety, and poor self esteem. I also work with families and couples on resolving conflict and improving communication skills. I have a family centered approach and provide both individual and family therapy.
