I am passionate about supporting individuals and families to feel empowered, fulfilled and happy. I have always told my kids that everyone has their own journey. I am from a large family that includes many various personalities, abilities and disabilities. We all have strengths and challenges. All of us need help at certain points along the way. There were a few key people who made a difference for me in my life and inspired me to do this work. I feel that my personal experience along with my professional training have allowed me to have unique insights in my practice.
