Working with young children, adolescents and adults, I individualize treatment for each client and regard the client/clinician relationship as a critical part of therapy. Committed to a holistic approach, I value the uniqueness of each individual and consider it a privilege to be part of my clients’ journeys toward growth and wellness. Creating a climate of safety and trust is my top priority, ensuring that my clients feel comfortable opening up. As a Board Certified Music Therapist with training in Play Therapy and Art Therapy I use many therapeutic techniques to ensure that my clients receive the best possible outcomes. Dually trained in traditional therapeutic techniques as well as music and other expressive arts therapies, I am a multi-modal practitioner and draw from various theoretical orientations and a variety of modalities to tailor my work with each client.
