Most of my clients are recovering from a loss of some sort. I see children of divorcing parents, people with grief issues, anxiety and depression, as well as parent/child relationship problems. I work with teens and adults. I understand the issues related to logical behavior as opposed to trauma-related responses. Helping you understand your own behaviors is key to making changes in your life. My style is low-key and compassionate.
