I am a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and EMI (Eye Movement Integration) trained therapist, who provides a safe, nonjudgmental place to explore, discover/rediscover, and develop the adaptive coping that will allow you to be the best version of yourself. I specialize in Anxiety, Grief and Mourning, Substance misuse, and trauma-related issues. I have 31 years of personal recovery & over 19 years of counseling experience; it has been my life's mission to walk with, cheer for, and empower those who are lost, wounded, or who simply need support.
