For some, the past is so present that it's difficult to be the person you want to be today. I hope to create a space of safety and trust where you are able find joy and connection in your present day and move towards your goals. I've spent the majority of my career working with folks that have gone through years of difficult experiences, including childhood trauma, abusive relationships, high control groups and dissociative disorders. I also have significant experience with depression, low self-esteem, identity concerns, grief and loss, anxiety, panic attacks, and mood and personality disorders.
