Hi, I am Karen and I enjoy therapeutic work with individuals and couples. Although I work with a number of mental health issues I especially enjoy working with depression, anxiety, grief, emotional trauma, self-loathing, self-esteem, shame and spirituality. As a therapist my goal is to help clients live to their true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While together we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to help you better understand and resolve the problems you currently face.
