I have a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Doctorate in Psychology, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. It is my belief that it is vital to lead life comfortably in one’s own body physically, spiritually, and emotionally. This includes exploring and learning the skills necessary to achieve good emotional and mental health. I enjoy collaborating with clients to find the right skills that will help them achieve their goals.
