We’ll work on enhancing what is helping you, support what is your true nature, and with self-compassion process past hurts, while developing new insights and skills. I bring training in EMDR, Somatic and IFS informed EMDR, eco-therapy principles, and more, to honor who you’ve been and supporting who you’re becoming.
