You are not what happened to you, your best days are coming. My name is Karen, and I have a Master degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Our Lady of Holy Cross in New Orleans. I spent most of my professional life working with at risk youth both as a therapist and an administrator . I have counseled member of our military , individuals and couples from all walks of life, all ages. I will provide you with an educational foundation for CPTSD you will learn tools and skills to better manage your symptoms, you will learn what's happening to you physically when you trigger.
