Karen has been a licensed therapist since 2002 as an LMFT, she has experience treating of all ages from diverse backgrounds. Karen has personal experience with Complex PTSD at a personal level and brings that knowledge, understanding and authentic expertise to clients in this area. She believes the ability to cope, heal and re-invent ourselves is a combination of psycho-education where the client gains a foundation of understanding of their particular issue, informed guidance and support combined with techniques to use daily to reconnect with ourselves or reinvent ourselves as happy, content and satisfied person.
