Using an integrative, strength-based approach, I draw on a rich variety of practices to work collaboratively with my clients to meet their individual needs and goals. I believe that we all face life challenges with a strong need for connection and acceptance. It can often feel like we are alone and vulnerable in the search for well being lacking a safe anchor of support. Therapy can provide an opportunity to develop a solid sense of self-acceptance in identifying and actualizing our individual gifts and inherent worthiness to live our fullest, most rewarding lives.
