I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I work with clients to explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape their lives, while creating a space where they can safely express themselves without judgment. People often come to me when they’re feeling stuck — in relationships, in their sense of self, or in old cycles that no longer serve them. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical tools for meaningful change.
