Hi There, I am Karen Romero, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in Florida. With over 8 years of experience, I primarily work with young adults, often referred to as “emerging adults,” who are looking for a non-judgmental space where they can feel validated. I help them through stages of life filled with identity exploration, like financial independence, forming strong social relationships. I also help clients who want to uncover unconscious conflicts contributing to persistent sadness, anxiety, or self-doubt, understand how early relationships shape current interactions and building a stronger sense of self.
