I am highly experienced in working with individuals. I specialize in working on issues related to individual and intergenerational trauma, and with persons who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and loss. In addition, I am interested in exploring issues related to immigration, and to cultural and bicultural identities. I am also an experienced couples therapist, and I have worked with both straight and gay couples. I taught at Columbia University and Barnard College for 26 years.
