My goal in treatment is to help individuals to recognize, embrace, and utilize these attributes to navigate the unique challenges they face and to reduce emotional distress. To achieve this, focus is placed on acknowledging affective needs and reconstructing ineffective thinking while also helping you learn to nurture and appreciate yourself.
