I know what it feels like to be stuck & to feel like life is not as meaningful or beautiful as you thought it would be. Maybe it's hard to remember the last time you laughed freely or felt fully alive. Maybe the past keeps creeping up into the present. These are the times to reach out for help. If this is you, I’d like to help you start that journey of healing, awareness, understanding, and hope. I focus on holistic and empowering approaches to wellness, with an understanding of how past experiences affect present day functioning. I have worked with a variety of issues including mood disorders, trauma, abuse, addiction, and involvement with the child welfare system.
