As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a former School Counselor, I believe in helping others to achieve their full potential as individuals. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. My experience includes helping clients with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, abuse, and self-esteem issues. I have also worked with several individuals regarding career choices and life goals. As a mental health professional, my goal is to provide an environment that allows individuals to grow, feel supported, and achieve personal and emotional balance.
