As a mother, daughter, partner, and clinician, I understand the importance of having someone who truly listens- someone who can validate your experiences, normalize your concerns, and help you feel seen. In my work as a psychotherapist, I support clients as they reduce anxiety, better understand and manage their symptoms, and begin to process and heal from trauma.
