I am Karen Cummings-Lilly, a licensed clinical social worker and have both a master’s and a doctoral degree in the field of clinical social work. My approach to therapy is one of creating a safe and healing space, where I use an integrative approach blending different therapeutic approaches tailored to your address your unique mental health needs and life challenges. I work with adults who are 18 years or older and who struggle with various mental health challenges. Some of the common issues that my clients face are bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, ADHD, codependency and trauma.
