30 years of experience walking alongside individuals through emotional pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life’s most difficult transitions—including heartbreak and narcissistic abuse—I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this alone. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strength, rebuild your confidence, and find lasting peace of mind. My therapeutic approach is both grounded and flexible—rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy and enhanced by trauma-specific modalities, including EMDR. As a certified trauma specialist, I spent decades leading a nationally recognized Victim Services program. My approach is eclectic and traditional, with a bent toward cognitive behavioral. I am certified in trauma- specific techniques, including EMDR. For over 30 years I directed a nationally acclaimed Victim Service program, working with trauma survivors with a specialty in co-occurring disorders including anxiety, panic attacks, anger and substance use.
