My ideal client is someone who’s doing their best to manage life’s ups and downs—whether that’s anxiety, depression, family dynamics, or loss and grief—and is ready to build greater self-understanding and balance in their daily life. I offer a calm, supportive space to explore emotions and develop tools for lasting well-being. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, MI and CCPT to help children (ages 4+) and adults to strengthen coping skills and improve relationships.
