I've worked with a wide range of individuals and couples over my 30+ years of practice. The center of my work is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to sort out what concerns you, to discover what influences(past and present) may keep you stuck and repeating dissatisfying patterns or relationships, and to move beyond them to feel more in charge of your life. I offer a warm and interactive style, supportive of you and what you want to achieve. As I strongly believe that my clients should be able to afford therapy, I offer reduced fees to make this available.
