Hi, I'm Karen. I believe my role is to support you in listening to your inner wisdom while offering perspective, compassion, and tools for navigating difficult times. Life can be challenging and, at times, overwhelming, and I understand that working through hardship takes time and patience. With experience in teaching, social work, and holistic practices, I work with individuals of all ages from all walks of life, as well as couples. We'll use a combination of therapy methods, mindfulness techniques, and wellness approaches tailored to what works best for you.
