I have worked with many individuals who have experienced anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, sleep concerns, and work-related stress, and those who are struggling with navigating challenges in their lives. I take time to understand my client's concerns and then work collaboratively to create individualized, action-oriented plans that support them in achieving their goals.
